Our Services Include:

RECOVER CPR Training

BDVS can provide this globally recognized, evidence-based set of guidelines for performing CPR on animals, developed by the American College of Veterinary Emergency and Critical Care and the Veterinary Emergency and Critical Care Society.

Basic Life Support (BLS)

This is the first and most critical step—what you do immediately when a patient arrests.

Advanced Life Support (ALS)

Once BLS is underway, ALS focuses on drugs, monitoring, and treating underlying causes.

Team Utilization

BDVS can evaluate your team and practice and offer guidance on Workflow, Role Optimization, Identify Bottlenecks, and redesign schedules to create a more efficiently run practice and ensure your entire team is fully utilizing their specific skill set.

These changes can help your practice improve work flows, efficiency, patient care and revenue.

Nursing Skills Training

Veterinary nursing skills training is structured, hands-on education designed to help both veterinary technicians and assistants perform skills safely and confidently.

BDVS can provide training in areas such as anesthesia, vascular access, nursing care, and emergency procedures.

Nursing skills training is the backbone of team utilization, creating safety for patients through high-performing teams.

Brown Dog Veterinary Services can create a customized plan to help your practice learn life-saving techniques for your technicians, including anesthesia training and other life-saving skills.
